Tutor #1 - Monique P.
I'm your Math and Reading Tutor. I have been teaching 14 years for Public Schools in Oklahoma, California, and Michigan. I am a National Board Certified Tutor. My background is in Elementary Education, Special Education, and I also have experience working with students ranging from Pre-K through 11th grade. I enjoy teaching and inspiring students to develop a love for learning. I also enjoy basketball, ballet, mentoring youth in my Equity Avengers club, and of course spending quality time with my family!

I also hold a certification in Administration (K-12) and a certification (9-12) Engineering -STEM through Project Lead the Way. Project Lead the Way is an America nonprofit organization that develops STEM curricula for use by US elementary, middle and high schools. My background is in Secondary Education (6-12) Math, Science, Engineering and Computer Aided Drafting. I have a B.S in Architectural Engineering and a M.S in Secondary Education Mathematics. I enjoy teaching new things to students and watching them excel and get excited about learning. I also like to dance do arts and crafts, travel and watch movies and hang out with my family.

My name is RaeNelle McDougal - Lammy however, I go by Ms. Rae’. I am a college graduate, in which I received my Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Management in 2018. I am currently in graduate school for Psychology. I also have a background of tutoring foster children, and working with children and adults with disabilities. I have been working with children for about 6 years now. I am currently an educator at an elementary school as well as a Behavioral Therapist for children with Autism. I love to dance and my favorite subject would have to be English and Writing. Aside from working with children currently, I own a small business by the name of Trini Luxe.
